Hybrid and on-premise work with a base fee and lower seat prices. Before that, you test free for 30 days.

The compliance package (automatic AI Act risk classification, audit evidence at the push of a button, 7-year logging, data-subject rights, Annex VII fields and SBOM, developed in line with the respective requirements, partly in implementation), the workflow builder with AI co-author, the knowledge base with source citations and model choice per work step. No infrastructure fee is added.

Every workspace starts with at least 1 power user and 3 Standard seats. Members are added in packs of 5.
Seat discounts: annual payment minus 15%. From 100 seats minus 10%, from 250 seats minus 20%, non-profits minus 30%; of volume and non-profit discount the higher one applies, the annual discount comes on top. Add-ons are not discounted.
The request numbers are guide values based on our usage data. Billing is based on the tokens actually used; an extensive document analysis needs more than a short question. All prices net, plus VAT.

Frequently asked questions
In the EU cloud you pay per seat and month, net: Power user €49, Standard €25, Member €9. Every workspace starts with at least 1 power user and 3 Standard seats; members are added in packs of 5. Paying annually saves 15% on seats, from 100 seats a 10% volume discount applies on top (from 250: 20%), and non-profits get 30% instead of the volume discount.
Standard is the seat for most people: chat, knowledge base, document upload, own assistants for themselves and the team, mail assistants and approvals. Power users build and publish assistants, connect external systems and manage the workspace. Members ask, search and run shared assistants, on mobile too, without own assistants, mail assistants, approvals or uploading to the knowledge base.
Every seat comes with a monthly AI credit that is pooled across the workspace. The request numbers are guide values based on our usage data. Billing is based on the tokens actually used; an extensive document analysis needs more than a short question. You are notified at 80% and 100% of the credit; you add extra credit in steps of €10, changeable monthly. Nobody gets locked out.
Hybrid costs from €990, on-premise from €1,900 base fee per month, on-premise including updates and support, plus hardware. On top come two seat types: Full seat €14 and Member €5, at least 4 full seats. With hybrid you add AI credit as needed (guide value €5.70 per 1,000 requests); with on-premise, inferencing runs on your hardware. There are no limits on storage, data sources, assistants or endpoints; only your hardware sets the limit.
